Placing an order

Our mission at Guildery is to make it simple for anyone to finish a room with color-coordinated fabrics. We curate exclusive patterns from leading and emerging artists, and our designers organize them into home decorating collections. When you find the perfect item, you can mix-and-match it with any other items from the collection to complete a look for any room. The items are curated by our designers so you can't make a mistake. Payment and Billing

We accept all major credit cards for payment. For orders shipping to California, you will be charged sales tax during checkout. Otherwise, the price you see on shopping pages is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees for shipping or design services. You will see the total amount for your order on the checkout page. Your credit card will be charged for the order total within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

Tracking your order

After your order is placed, our customer service team will review your order and assist you with any questions. Your items are then made-to-order by craftspeople who are passionate about making quality pieces that you will be proud to showcase in your home. We will track your order through the entire making process and notify you on shipment. You can also track your order online by going to the My Orders page under the My Account section of the Guildery site.

Returns

At Guildery, we take great pride in the quality of our products, and we work tirelessly with our select partners to bring you the highest quality merchandise possible. We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage or manufacturing defects. Returns will be refunded in the original payment form. All items must be returned in the original packaging.

Every order you place with Guildery is custom printed to the specifications of the order and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns on custom orders or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

How to return an item

Send an email to our customer service team and include your Guildery order number. Indicate the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. You can find the order number in your order confirmation email and at the top of the packing slip included in your shipment. If you don't have the order number, tell us your name and the city that your order was shipped to, and we can retrieve your order information.
